Definitions and Explanations
The meanings of key words and terms used in these conditions are clarified below:
- "Platform" — The jeta 365 website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
- "Account" — Each user's own registered personal profile.
- "Balance" — The amount of funds held in the account, available for use in bets or games.
- "Bonus" — Promotional extra funds or benefits provided by jeta 365, applicable subject to specific conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
- "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total betting losses over a given period.

Account Registration
To use jeta 365 services, you must first create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and password. Verification will be done by sending an OTP to your mobile number. Only one account may be created per mobile number.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, opening duplicate accounts in a family member's name, or using multiple identities in any form is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be immediately closed and any stored bonuses may be forfeited.
3.3 Updating Information
To change your name or date of birth after registration, you must contact customer support and submit the required proof of identity.

Eligibility and Age Limit
Users must be at least 21 years old to use any service on jeta 365. No person under this age may open an account or place bets on this platform.
The 21+ age limit is strictly enforced. If false information is provided during age verification, the account will be permanently closed and no deposited funds will be returned.
It is the moral responsibility of every user to follow our responsible gaming guidelines to protect minors from gambling. If there are underage members in your household, keep your login details secure.

Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Do not share this information with any third party.
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including a mix of numbers and symbols.
- If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of your session.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify customer support immediately.
- It is recommended that you change your password regularly.
jeta 365 will not be held responsible for any leak of account information or unauthorised use, unless it is proven that the security breach was entirely due to a fault in our platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals
Popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on jeta 365.
6.1 Accepted Methods
Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions can be made through these three mobile financial services. Every transaction must use an account registered in your own name.
6.2 Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
6.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal. A copy of your national identity card or passport must be submitted. The name and mobile number must match the information on the account.
Please note: Depositing from or withdrawing to a third-party account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.

Bonuses and Promotions
jeta 365 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific conditions, and without meeting them, it will not be possible to withdraw funds earned from that bonus.
7.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — balance becomes ৳2,200 — before withdrawal, bets worth ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed from the bonus.
7.2 General Conditions for Other Bonuses
- If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
- Restrictions may apply to the type of bets or the minimum/maximum bet amount when using bonus funds.
- jeta 365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its conditions at any time.
- If abuse or manipulation of a promotion is detected, the right is reserved to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

Betting and Casino Game Rules
Some general rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game categories.
8.1 Sports Betting
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the bet will be considered void and the original stake will be returned. In any dispute arising from odds changes, jeta 365's decision will be considered final.
8.2 Casino and Slots
The RTP (Return to Player) and rules for each game can be found in that game's interface. If a technical fault results in incorrect odds or game outcomes, jeta 365 reserves the right to cancel that round.
8.3 Live Casino
If a connection is lost during a live dealer game and the bet has already been confirmed, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the data saved on the server.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta 365 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
- Coordinated betting for the purpose of exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse / arbitrage betting).
- Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or carrying out cyberattacks.
- Conducting financial transactions using a third-party account.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended, the balance may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure
jeta 365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason — particularly in the case of a breach of terms — without prior notice.
10.1 Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account, contact customer support. Withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled.
10.2 Self-Exclusion

- Financial loss caused by the user's own error or negligence.
Under no circumstances will jeta 365's liability exceed the total value of the disputed transaction.

jeta 365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.
